RADHAA is building a practical policy framework for community programmes, field evidence and institutional partnerships. The summaries below explain the intended standard while formal documents move through review.

Programmes should protect children, adults at risk, community members, staff and volunteers from harm, exploitation and inappropriate conduct. Concerns must have a clear route for confidential reporting and responsible response.

Information should be collected for a clear purpose, limited to what is useful and handled with appropriate consent. Participation in a photograph, story or data activity must not be assumed from programme attendance.

Farmer phone numbers, exact personal addresses, Aadhaar details, bank details, sensitive identifiers and raw geolocation are not intended for public publication without a specific lawful purpose and informed consent.

Community members and partners should be able to raise a concern, understand how it will be reviewed and receive a response without retaliation. An accessible grievance route will be published after approval.

Every impact number must distinguish a target, reported figure and verified result. Programme teams should retain the source, period, geography, definition and last verification date.
