RADHAA separates ambition from evidence. Every public number must be labelled as a target, a reported figure or a verified result—and every verified claim must retain its source, period, geography and definition.

Three labels. No blurred claims.
A target describes an intended future result. A reported figure is supplied by an implementation record but has not completed verification. A verified result has been checked against an identified source and review method.

People reached, network members, women participants and Climate Saathis are tracked as separate concepts. RADHAA does not merge attendance, community membership, statutory membership or unique beneficiary counts.

03 · LAND, SOIL & WATER
Field evidence with context.
Land, soil and water measures are useful only when the practice, season, location and method are clear. Observations, tests, interventions and demonstration plots will be published with their limitations rather than presented as universal outcomes.

RADHAA intends to track women’s participation, leadership roles, skills and livelihood signals without promising income outcomes before responsible evidence exists.

05 · LEARNING
Evidence must improve decisions.
Field logs, training records, farmer questions, adoption signals and programme reflections help teams decide what to continue, change or stop. Learning is treated as a programme output, not an afterthought.

Every number needs a trail.
The evidence system is designed to retain a source, time period, geography, definition, status and last-verified date. Empty modules remain visibly in development until real information is available.
